What is the Egg Diet?
Egg diet is the weight loss program that requires you to take egg diet at least one time in each day, especially if you take egg diet take in breakfast it is the best meal to start your day with full of protein and nutrients. This diet is also called "Boiled Egg Diet" and that requires that eat your boiled hard-boiled, rather than fired, poached or scramble.
- Egg only Diet: Dieters in this diet you'll only eat eggs meal for 2 weeks. Weight loss through this diet plane is Mono diet. Mono diet are extreme, unhealthy weight loss program where you only eat single food for long time.As you might expecting, exercise is not recommended because of the extreme fatigue that you are likely to experience.
- Egg and Grapefruit Diet: In this diet you'll eat egg diet and grapefruit for 2 weeks. On this version of diet, Dieters only eat half grapefruit at each meal with egg diet and other fruit are not allowed. Both grapefruits and egg diet contains all lean protein that a dieter requires whole day.

Eggs are easy to bake and versatile. Eggs are also cheap (as compared to the other protein sources) and find easily in any store and market .
- If you are beginner not like hard boiled eggs so you can prepare eggs in different ways and adding some vegetables or condiments to keep it tasty. There are so many ways to prepare eggs, including scramble, fried, poached or hard boiled egg. Add some vegetables, herbs and spices can keep you getting bored.
- You can add eggs in your any meal, chop the hard boiled eggs and add them in your lunchtime salad or made eggs salad in dinner.
- In egg diet you should use egg white because it contain less saturated fat and calories. You'll consume 6 grams protein and 17 calories, on the other hand egg yolk contain 55 calories of fat and protein and virtually no fat in one large egg. Eggs white are the good source of leucine, amino acid that helps in help weight.
I did loose 4.5kg in 10 days by eating egg diet with oats as dinner.
